The Host Committee could not host an event of this size without the willingness and dedication of our incredible Community Ambassadors. The goals of the Community Ambassador Program are to provide an enthusiastic and warm welcome to everyone visiting Tampa Bay and to display a high level of customer service while helping to contribute to the general atmosphere of excitement surrounding Super Bowl LV.

We believe that everyone involved in our program is not just giving us their time but is also a representative and advocate of the Tampa Bay brand. For this reason, we use the term Ambassador.

Our Community Ambassador Team will help support the Host Committee throughout the Tampa Bay area at various events during the week of Super Bowl LV. A vast majority of shifts will be in the Downtown corridor along the Riverwalk. We will also have Ambassadors at Tampa International Airport, local hotels and Ambassador headquarters. Responsibilities include greeting, wayfinding and general support.

The application process is now closed.

If you are selected to be a member of the Community Ambassador Team, you will be able select your shifts once everyone is placed into their designated role. We anticipate roles to be announced in late fall and shift selections to follow closely after.

Applicants must be 18 by January 1, 2021 in order to complete an application.

All participants in the Community Ambassador Program must undergo and pass a criminal background screen. To conduct this necessary step, your social security number or equivalent identification is required. The safety of the data provided is a top priority and we have partnered with ReliaQuest to help secure the Host Committee's workforce of Ambassadors and the data provided during the application process. Once the decisions are made, this information will be securely and confidentially transmitted to the appropriate agency for screening.

We are looking for individuals who are friendly, reliable, passionate, team-oriented and eager to show off Tampa Bay during Super Bowl LV week. Once selected, Ambassadors must pass a criminal background check in order to participate.

Captains are an integral part of the success of the Community Ambassador Team program. They provide leadership while helping to be a point of contact for each shift and work closely with the Director of Community Ambassadors. Previous or existing leadership experience from a professional/work community, volunteer, or sport setting are recommended criteria in order to be considered for a Captain position. In addition, they should have great communication skills, be able to problem-solve, and overall be the positive voice of each shift. Typical shift length for Captains the week of Super Bowl LV will be 8-10 hours. The application provides an area to indicate interest in becoming a Captain. If you have already submitted your application, please email to indicate your interest.

Selected individuals will be notified via email.

There are no Ambassador opportunities inside Raymond James Stadium. Ambassadors will be positioned throughout the Tampa Bay area during Super Bowl LV week.
