  • Where can I get autographs from NFL stars?

    • Due to health & safety protocols, Super Bowl Experience will not be hosting in-person NFL Player autograph signings. However, we will be hosting virtual autograph signings and meet & greets. The schedule is available in NFL OnePass by clicking the Virtual Autograph Stage presented by Panini tile.
  • How do I sign up for the NFL autograph sessions?

    • Download the NFL OnePass app to register for events then request autographs from our list of participating players.

How it works:

    • Download the NFL One Pass app and register/log-in
    • Click on the Virtual Autograph Tile
    • Select the player(s) you'd like to receive an autograph from
    • Select the Panini Card you want autographed and add a custom message
    • *Receive your signed photo via the NFL One Pass app
    • *Then have button links to download the app and to choose the events.
  • What time will players be signing autographs at Super Bowl Experience? 

    • There will be no current or former players at Super Bowl Experience, but virtual autograph sessions are scheduled throughout the week. For a detailed schedule please visit SuperBowl.com or download the NFL OnePass mobile app.
  • Is there an ADA entrance to Super Bowl Experience?

    • Yes, Super Bowl Experience is ADA-compliant. Please look for NFL staff wearing "ADA" jackets for assistance onsite.
  • What items are prohibited at Super Bowl Experience?

  • Will there by road closures near Super Bowl Experience or Downtown Tampa?

  • Do I have to wear my mask at Super Bowl Experience?

    • Face coverings will be mandatory for everyone (fans and staff) and must be worn at all times (other than while actively eating or drinking in designated areas), including in security lines. Please note: Bandanas, face coverings with a vent, or a plastic shield without a face covering underneath are not permissible for use at Super Bowl Experience.     • You are in luck! Be sure to check out the other Super Bowl Experience parks by visiting Curtis Hixon Park and Technology Village. All you have to do is download the NFL OnePass App in the app store or by visiting ww.NFL.com/OnePass in order to enter.
  • Can I speak to a customer service representative?

  • Can I watch the game at Super Bowl Experience?

    • No, Super Bowl Experience Presented by Lowe’s is closed to the public on Super Bowl Sunday.

  • Does my infant or child need a ticket to attend the Super Bowl?

    • Yes. Everyone who enters the stadium must have a ticket for the game, including children of all ages.
  • If I lose my ticket or if someone steals my ticket, will the NFL replace the ticket?  

    • The NFL is not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed or counterfeit tickets. They will not be honored. Please make every effort to keep your tickets secure at all times, and to purchase tickets only from reputable sources.
  • If I inadvertently purchase a counterfeit ticket, will the NFL replace my ticket with an authentic one or compensate me for my loss?

    • The NFL is not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed or counterfeit tickets. They will not be honored. Please make every effort to keep your tickets secure at all times, and to purchase tickets only from reputable sources.
  • Do I need a ticket to be near the stadium on gameday?

    • Yes. Fans must have a ticket to enter the stadium’s secure perimeter.
  • How can I watch the game if I don’t have a ticket?

    • Super Bowl LV will air on CBS at 6:30 pm ET.
    • Watch #TampaBayLV with the rest of the world on CBS at 6:30 pm ET. 
  • What items are prohibited from the stadium?

  • What pregame events are open to general ticketholders on gameday?  

    • Upon arrival to the stadium, all Super Bowl LV ticketholders are invited to visit GameDay Fan Plaza from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM before entering the stadium to take their seats. 
  • Am I allowed to tailgate before the game? 

    • Tailgating is not allowed in NFL controlled lots due to space. Please remember, you must have a ticket to the game to park in Super Bowl LV designated parking locations. 
  • Are tickets still available for Super Bowl LV?

  • What is the alcohol policy inside Raymond James Stadium? 

    • Alcohol will be sold at authorized concession stands and sold in concourse areas only. Guests must be 21 years of age or older and in possession of valid government-issued I.D. to purchase, handle or consume alcoholic beverages.  
  • How do I find important alerts regarding the status of the game?

  • What size bag can I bring into the stadium?

    • The NFL strongly encourages fans to not to bring any type of bag to the Super Bowl, but if necessary, those outlined as follows are permissible: Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl, or pvc and do not exceed 12” x 6” x12”, or one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (ziploc bag or similar).  Small clutch bags no larger than 4.5” x 6.5” with or without a handle or shoulder strap can be taken into the stadium with one of the clear plastic bag options. An exception will be made for medically necessary items. Fans with medical needs should contact mobility assistance at superbowlada@gmail.com
  • Will the stadium provide clear bags?

    • No. The NFL and Raymond James Stadium will not provide clear bags on Super Bowl Sunday.
  • Will there be a bag check?

    • No. Please be sure you are familiar with the NFL’s bag policy before arriving at the stadium on Super Bowl Sunday. Prohibited bags should remain in your vehicle, at your home or in your hotel room. The NFL, Raymond James Stadium and the Tampa Police Department will not store prohibited or excluded items for spectators.
  • I am bringing an infant with me to the game. Will I be able to bring in a diaper bag?

    • No, there is no exception to the NFL’s bag policy for diaper bags. Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12” should serve the purpose of a diaper bag for Super Bowl Sunday. 
  • Is Wi-Fi available at the stadium? 

    • Yes. Raymond James Stadium is equipped with Wi-Fi and is expected to support fans’ social and digital media needs throughout gameday with #sbwifi – no password required.
  • What time do the parking lots open/close? 

    • Please refer to your parking permit for your parking lot opening time. Parking lots will close at 1:00 AM on Monday, February 8. 
  • How long will it take me to get to the stadium on gameday?

    • Super Bowl LV ticket purchasers should allow for extra travel time as you may experience congestion or road closures surrounding Raymond James Stadium.   • I am driving to the game. Do I need a parking pass?

    • Every vehicle wishing to enter the Super Bowl LV parking lots immediately surrounding Raymond James Stadium will need a parking permit. Only Super Bowl LV ticketholders will be allowed in Raymond James Stadium parking lots on game day. To purchase parking for sedans or SUVs, please visit: http://bit.ly/3o7VePX

  • I am using a rideshare service to travel to the game. Where should I get dropped off?

    • On Super Bowl LV Sunday, rideshare and taxi for pregame will drop off in White Lot 14 and Orange Lot 13. For postgame, rideshare can be picked up in Orange Lot 13 at the stadium. For more details, visit: https://bit.ly/2LWh8so

    • On Super Bowl LV Sunday, rideshare and taxi for pregame will drop off in White Lot 14 and Orange Lot 13. For postgame, rideshare can be picked up in Orange Lot 13 at Raymond James Stadium. A rideshare support shuttle will also be provided that will drop guests at one of the following locations: International Plaza, Westshore Plaza, Amalie Arena and Ybor City. Please be aware there will be no vehicle for hire (Limo, Sprinter, Mini Bus, Motor Coach) drop off or pick up at Raymond James Stadium for Super Bowl LV. 
  • Will there be road closures on Super Bowl Sunday?

  • I am disabled or traveling with a disabled person. What transportation options are available?

    • Please contact the Mobility Assistance Hotline (612.928.2458) or send an email (superbowlada@gmail.com) if you will need mobility assistance on game day. A state-issued ADA tag is and parking permits are required to park in the ADA lot. The person to whom the ADA tag is issued must be in the vehicle to gain access to the ADA parking lot. Parking permits for the ADA lot can be purchased at www.parksuperbowl.com.
  • Can I rent a scooter or wheelchair?

    • There will be no wheelchair or scooters rentals. Mobility staff including wheelchair escorts will be available to help guests with mobility disabilities or other disabilities requiring mobility assistance to/from their seats and to/from the ADA parking lot.
  • Is there a specific area where I can unload a wheelchair from a vehicle?

    • The best option would be to purchase an ADA parking permit and follow the routing designated for your permit. Designated ADA Parking is available in White Lot 14. A State Issued current ADA tag is required. Each parking location has designated ADA parking spaces in the lot, however, reservations are only available in White Lot 14.   • Is there a place where I can be dropped off near the stadium if my ride does not have a parking pass or ticket?

    • If you are not traveling by rideshare/taxi, there is no designated drop-off area if your ride does not have a ticket or parking permit.
  • Are shuttles available from my parking lot to the stadium?

    • There are no shuttles to the stadium from any of the parking lots.
  • Is there a VIP entrance?

    • All guests are subject to the same security procedures & should enter the entry point and gate (which are based on seat locations) they are directed to.
  • How do I leave the stadium?

    • When leaving the stadium, fans will be directed by staff and signage to return to their mode of transportation.
  • Are food/drinks permitted into the stadium?

    • Fans are not permitted to bring food or beverage items into the stadium. We ask that fans either leave these items in their vehicles or dispose of them at the security checkpoint before entering. Exceptions are only made for patrons that are infants, toddlers or for those with medical needs. If you need to make special medical arrangements in advance please contact mobility assistance at superbowlada@gmail.com or (888) 745-1455.
  • Where are the closest ATM’s?

    • ATM's are located on the main concourse near sections 119 and 144, on the club lounges near sections 217 and 242 and on each upper concourse near sections 318 and 343. There are ATM’S located outside the stadium next to the ticket office, between Gates C and D. All retail & food/beverage locations will be cashless. Reverse ATM’s will be available at select locations to convert cash to a universal use VISA value card. 
  • Is smoking allowed?

    • Raymond James Stadium is proud to be a smoke and tobacco-free venue. For the comfort of our guests, smoking (including e-cigarettes and vaporizers) and use of all tobacco products (including chewing tobacco) are prohibited inside all areas of the stadium; including entry gates, concourses, seating areas, suites, clubs and all hospitality areas. There are no designated smoking areas in the stadium and re-entry is prohibited. Violators of this policy may be ejected from the stadium.
  •  Where will lost and found be located?

    • All guests looking to claim or report lost items during an event should visit a guest services booth. guests inquiring about lost items at previous events should contact the stadium office at 813-350- 6500 during regular business hours. lost items are brought down to the stadium office by the end of each event. you can save time by filling out this form to claim your item if found by going to http://bit.ly/2Yb1BaG please note, items will only be held for 30 days.
  • Is there a re-entry policy?

    • Re-entry is not permitted unless in the event of a medical emergency. Please locate a Tampa Sports Authority (TSA) supervisor at the gate for assistance.
  • Are umbrellas allowed?

    • Umbrellas are not permitted inside the stadium. We ask that fans leave them in their vehicles. If left outside the gate, they will be confiscated and discarded.
  • Is the stadium accessible to guests with mobility disabilities?

    • Yes, Raymond James Stadium and its amenities were carefully designed to provide an enjoyable experience for all guests within the guidelines of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).     • For your convenience, baby changing stations are located in all restrooms.     
           
  • Are there lactation suites in Raymond James Stadium? 

    • Yes, the nursing rooms will be located on the main concourse in Quad B/Section 143-144 and Quad D/Section 118-119. They are also located in the East and West Club, located at Section 216-217 (Quad D) and 241/242 (Quad B).
  • What should I do if I’m in or see an emergency?

  • Are there first aid stations throughout Raymond James Stadium?

    • Yes, first aid stations are located near sections 120 and 145 on the main concourse. On the upper concourse, they are located near sections 319 and 344. Paramedics are positioned on the east and west walkways of the main and upper concourses and at each end zone.
  • Is Raymond James Stadium wheelchair accessible?

    • Yes, Raymond James Stadium elevators are available to accommodate guests with disabilities.

  • Where are the elevators?

    • Elevators for guests with disabilities are available near Gates A and C. Elevators in the two stadium clubs are for suite ticket holders and club guests with disabilities.
  • Where are the emergency exits and what is the evacuation plan?

    • Important information regarding the emergency situation and evacuation procedures will be provided over the public address system and on Raymond James Stadium video boards and scoreboards.
  • Where will lost and found be?

    • All guests looking to claim or report lost items during an event should visit a guest services booth. Guests inquiring about lost items at previous events should contact the stadium office at 813-350- 6500 during regular business hours.   • Where are the family restrooms?

    • Family restrooms are located on the main concourse next to the guest services booths near sections 103, 143, 118, 128, the Hyundai West Club near section 203, the East Club near section 228 and on the upper concourse near sections 304, 317, 329 and 342. please obtain the key from the guest services booth attendant and return after use.
  • How do I find important alerts regarding the status of the game?
