In addition, the Tampa Bay Super Bowl LV Host Committee, in conjunction with the National Football League (NFL), community and civic partners, is pleased to unveil “Forever 55,” the local host committee’s primary social legacy initiative. The economic impact of hosting the Super Bowl is clearly significant, but it is the Super Bowl’s social impact that will leave an eternal legacy, one that will provide transformative changes for years to come. Forever 55 includes a $2 million investment by the local Host Committee and the NFL, via the NFL Foundation, focusing on pillars that best reflect the needs in the Tampa Bay community. These pillars; early childhood education, food insecurity, families, health and wellness, sustainability, and systemic justice represent our commitment to moving our community Forward. Forever. Together.

“Forever 55” will focus on key pillars that best reflect the needs of our community:
  • First 1000 Days – Early Childhood Education
  • Fuel – Food Insecurity
  • Families – At-Risk, Unsheltered and Veteran
  • Fitness – Health and Wellness
  • Future – Sustainability
  • Further – Systemic Justice
“To me, the Super Bowl provides an amazing platform on the grandest of stages, to leave an everlasting impact on our community long after the confetti settles,” said Derrick Brooks, Co-Chairman of the Tampa Bay Super Bowl LV Host Committee. “Along with the NFL, we are committed to playing an active role in inspiring and creating significant change.”

“The Tampa Bay Buccaneers Foundation and the Glazer Vision Foundation strive for equality in education, gender, and social justice. This community is part of the fabric of our identity and we are committed to supporting families and children throughout Tampa Bay,” said Darcie Glazer Kassewitz, Owner/President, Tampa Bay Buccaneers Foundation & Glazer Family Foundation. “We look forward to partnering with the NFL and the Host Committee on legacy programming that will create a lasting and positive impact in the Tampa Bay region for years to come."

While support from both the NFL and the local hosting efforts is crucial to the success of Super Bowl week, the backing from the local community is vital. The Tampa Bay LV Host Committee announced today two new founding partners in Ashley HomeStore and ReliaQuest, both headquartered here locally in Tampa, FL.
“Hosting the biggest game on the grandest of stages requires an enormous amount of local support from both the public and private sector, and our community partners have proven time and time again that they will do everything in their power to prove that major events in our community are a huge success,” said Will Weatherford, Co-Chair of the Super Bowl LV Host Committee. “There are many opportunities for the local business community to engage and support our hosting effort and I’m proud to share that the private sector has stepped up in a big way, with two new strategic partners being announced today, Ashley HomeStore and ReliaQuest.”

Ashley HomeStore’s vision and commitment to the community coincides with Tampa Bay and the Super Bowl Host Committee’s: “Getting Better – Together.” Ashley HomeStore has big plans to continue bringing the love of HOME to Tampa – including ongoing efforts to enrich their communities and reduce their energy footprint. The Ashley team looks forward to an amazing event and showcasing the beautiful community of Tampa Bay through private events, a footprint at Super Bowl Experience, and so much more.

“Ashley HomeStore is so excited to be part of the host committee for Super Bowl LV. This event not only brings excitement to our city, but it also has a positive economic impact on the Tampa community,” said Todd Wanek, President & CEO, Ashley Furniture Industries, Inc. “We look forward to showcasing our home, the city of Tampa, and bringing the love of home to all our guests.”

ReliaQuest is a cyber security technology company trusted by the world’s leading brands. ReliaQuest will become the official cybersecurity partner of the Tampa Bay Super Bowl LV Host Committee. This is the first time a host city has had a cyber security subcommittee and ReliaQuest will chair it. ReliaQuest will secure the overall event from a command center located inside the Super Bowl Experience leveraging its SaaS security platform GreyMatter to monitor the environment in real-time. In addition to this designation, ReliaQuest will help enhance the Community Ambassador Program, the host committee’s volunteer initiative by securing the software site and workforce data collected during the application process. The partnership will include increased visibility into potential threats and collaboration to increase the strength of its controls.

“ReliaQuest is extremely excited to be the official cybersecurity partner of the Tampa Bay Super Bowl LV Host Committee and chair its cyber security subcommittee, helping to secure this world-class event,” exclaimed Brian Murphy, CEO and Founder of ReliaQuest. “We are excited about the opportunity that a Super Bowl brings to the Tampa Bay area, not just for our companies, our businesses, and the local economic impact, but also to introduce the world to how great it is to live, work, and grow businesses here in Tampa Bay. We can’t wait to get to work and continue the process.”
